Designed to cater to all fitness levels and abilities, our circuit training type sessions offer a dynamic and engaging workout that combines strength exercises, cardio activities, and flexibility/coordination drills. The format ensures that participants move through a series of stations, each targeting different muscle groups and skills with opportunities to make each activity easier or more challenging based on the ability of the athlete. Each session we run is different to keep athletes motivated and engaged.
Led by British Athletics qualified coaches who ensure all athletes take part safely, are appropriately challenged based on their ability and enjoy the session.
The circuit training approach is perfect for young athletes seeking to improve their performance in sports, as well as for those who want to boost overall physical fitness.
